- Prints/Copies, Desk Fees, ShowingTime charges ($4.16 per listing) and purchased office supplies will be added to your agent bill.
- Please refer to Expense Guidelines for additional fees.
- Invoices are emailed on the 10th and due on the 20th of each month
- Auto-pay accounts are charged on the 25th of each month
- Late fee for unpaid office bills is assessed on the 25th of the month
